Multi-level Home Design Plans

Multi-level homes adapt to the building site and are often referred to as split-level or tri-level homes. These homes place the living areas on separate levels and generally include the need for stairs to move from one area to the next. Kitchens and living areas are commonly placed on one level with the garage entry on a lower level in the split-level home. The tri-level home will typically have the bedrooms and sleeping areas on the top level with kitchen, living and dining on the main level and family room or recreation areas on the lower garage level.

The multi-level home is mostly considered a contemporary style of home, but can accommodate those wishing for a Traditional or Mediterranean style as well.
