DesignWorks Homes does not represent or imply itself to be a licensed architect or engineer. These drawings may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
Publishing DesignWorks Homes plans for public access or distribution for marketing materials and/or sales brochures is prohibited without written consent.
All plans sold by DesignWorks Homes will be mailed in a sealed package. When the original seal is broken:
All copyright laws will be accepted by purchaser; all copyright laws will be enforced
No refunds are permitted if the original seal is broken
A 20% re-stocking charge will be deducted from any returns accepted by DesignWorks Homes retaining the original unbroken seal
Customer is responsible for return freight to DesignWorks Homes to receive refund provided all terms are met
Materials at the site of DesignWorksHomes.com as well as those purchased from DesignWorks Homes are copyright protected; any unauthorized use may violate copyright and/or trademark laws. DesignWorks Homes will pursue any legal resolve available to prevent the unauthorized use and seek compensation resulting from the unauthorized use under any and all copyright laws.
All of the plans by DesignWorks Homes are intended to meet or exceed national building code standards. However, DesignWorks Homes cannot guarantee that a plan will meet all local code requirements; this will be the sole responsibility of the builder.
Any of the original features of a DesignWorks Home plan may not be adopted without written consent and are protected by Federal Copyright laws.

As building costs vary in every Real Estate market, DesignWorks Homes is not able to establish the final building cost for its home plans and designs. Any mentioned cost estimate by DesignWorks Homes should be verified by the contractor in the individual market the home is being built in.
